Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our global suppliers to keep costs low and styles fresh. Most orders come from our warehouses in Asia, the US, or Europe depending on stock.
How long does shipping take?
On average, shipping takes 10–20 business days depending on your location. Don’t stress—we’ll keep you updated with tracking info the whole way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yep! We ship worldwide 🌍. Shipping times may vary by country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you’ll get a tracking link via email. You can check updates anytime.
My tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t get it—what do I do?
First, double-check with neighbors or your local post office. If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us my filling out the contact form and we’ll help you out.

We accept all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We can update/cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, it’s already being processed.

Will I be charged customs fees or import duties?Custom fees depend on your country’s laws. Most customers don’t get charged, but if they do, the buyer is responsible.

What size should I order?
Each product has its own size chart on the page. We recommend checking measurements, since some items run different to standard US/EU sizing.
Are your products officially licensed?
No—our items are fan-made and inspired by anime, gaming, and pop culture.
Will the colors look exactly like the pictures?
We do our best with photos, but slight variations in color or print can happen due to lighting and different screens.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items restock, others are limited runs. If you see something you like, grab it before it’s gone.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
How do I start a return/exchange?
Email us with your order number and reason, and we’ll guide you through it. just fill out our contact form.
Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds usually hit your account within 5–7 business days.
